My Story

This September it will be 2 years since Brett sadly passed away. Research into Glioblastomas (brain tumours) is the only way to beat this horrendous disease, eventually with research there will be a breakthrough to give others with this devastating diagnosis hope. Everyone deserves hope.

Brett’s fantastic surgeon, Mr Puneet Plaha, is carrying out research at The John Ratcliffe Hospital and he has set up, along with 2 colleagues, this charity BRAINSTORM.

A Walk to Remember ……… is on SATURDAY, 21ST SEPTEMBER 2019.  The Walk is approximately 20km of glorious views over the Cotswolds taking us by the famous Rollright Stones and Whispering Knight to Hook Norton, where we can stop for a light lunch before heading back to Long Compton via Whichford woods. The walk borders Oxfordshire and Warwickshire on the edge of the Cotswolds and at times is quite strenuous.

I have set up this page as there is no set registration fee to take part.  Therefore, I would greatly appreciate any donations to support this wonderful and worthy charity.
